I would like to stain live cells' nuclear membrane /region. The Em

wavelenght must be around 575nm above. HOwever, I would not like to

permeablise the live cells in the staining step.

Mollecular Probes has some dyes to stain DNA in live cells. Try some

of some of the Syto dyes generatiion. You can look for them in their

book or in their web site http://www.probes.com/
