Agilent NGS Award Program applications now available

Applications are now being accepted for the Agilent NGS Award Program, designed to drive awareness and acceptance of the Agilent Technologies next generation sequencing target enrichment technology offered through the ICBR NextGen DNA Sequencing core.

The selected winner will be awarded one 16 reaction catalog or custom targeted sequencing kit (including library prep and all baits/buffers for capture and indexes) and a free copy of the SureCall analysis software to analyze their sequencing results.

UF students, post-docs and faculty can apply by submitting the program application to the ICBR NextGen DNA sequencing core in person or by email, It is highly recommended that all applicants discuss their experimental design prior to submission with ICBR scientific directors David Moraga ( and Yanping Zhang (

Applications are due May 15, 2015. Successful applicants will be notified by May 30th, 2015. Samples must be received by Jun. 30th, 2015.
