Seminar: Genome Engineering with CRISPR/ Cas9

CRISPR is a new targeted gene editing tool that has taken the research world by storm with its  simple and efficient mode of RNA-guided gene targeting. In this 60-minute seminar, we will take a thorough look at the CRISPR/Cas9 system and some of its applications in the laboratory.
