ICBR Electron Microscopy Core is celebrating the opening of a second location at CGRC/ICBR wing with an Open House event October 12th & 13th, 2016 in the Cancer and Genetic Research Complex, Room 101 (Auditorium). Hitachi High Technologies, America and Electron Microscopy Sciences/ Quorum Technologies will provide presentations and demonstrations to include the ICBR life science dedicated SU5000 field-emission scanning electron microscope, HILEM IL1000 Ionic Liquid and Quorum Technologies PP3010T Cryo preparation for SEM.
The ICBR EM Core has been servicing UF researchers, not-for-profit organizations and commercial research for over 25 years. Our accessible experts with many years of microscopy experience provide customer focused, results oriented professional electron microscopy services. We are proud of our dedicated service, strong scientific credibility and long lasting user relationships with industry and academia.
This is a free, two-day event that will provide registrants access to the new core location, hear about biological scanning electron microscopy instrumentation, sample processing and other services the core offers. Registrants may register in advance and bring a sample to demo the SU5000 FE-SEM.
