Topics in Cellular Science: IncuCyte ZOOM System- Time-Lapse Imaging around the clock

June 9, 2015 @ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Speaker: Jeremy Myers; Field Application Scientist

The IncuCyte is an automated phase contrast and 2 color fluorescence imaging system that is designed to work with live cells inside your incubator, where they can survive for weeks. This enables long term time-lapse imaging of multiple vessels at the same time. Data pertaining to proliferation, migration, invasion, chemotaxis and other key cell based assays are obtained from those images. The IncuCyte analysis software focuses on solutions for specific biological problems and doesn’t just leave you with files to interpret on your own.

Refreshments will be provided to attendees.

Food or beverages served within ICBR are not intended for use by persons employed by any UF departments that prohibit employees from receiving vendor provided refreshments. ICBR will not accept responsibility or liability to check individuals for compliance.
