Multiplex Immunoassays in Cancer Research

November 1 @ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Join us on November 1st for a lunch and learn with ICBR Monoclonal Antibody and RayBiotech about Immunoassays in, CGRC 451.

Gaining an understanding of tumor microenvironments and cancer drug resistance can be greatly facilitated by profiling protein expression and activation. Cancer cells express a unique profile of proteins that play crucial roles in cell growth, survival, and reprogramming of accessory cell populations for drug resistance and immunologic avoidance.  Interrogation of the tumor environment’s niche of cell signals, growth factors, and cytokines, as well as the TME recruitment of accessory cell populations and their cytokines, requires a global view of all these factors together.

Join RayBiotech for an overview of how antibody arrays can be used to explore various aspects of tumorigenesis and drug resistance.
