How do I use PeopleSoft to create a UF Purchase Order?
From your MyUFL Menu:
  1. Click Eprocurement > Create Requisition.
  2. New Requisition will appear with your Business Unit and UFID. Click OK
  3. Complete Requisition Title box (e.g. PI Name / Project Name).
  4. Click Special Request.
  5. Type of Item: Select Service and click Next .
  6. Request Type: Select Fixed Cost and click Next .
  7. Description: Enter ICBR Core Services.
  8. Category: Enter 85131700 (Medical and Research Services).
  9. Value of Service: (Enter the Dollar Amount needed for time period of the Requisition)
  10. Click Vendor Lookup.
  11. Enter ICBR. Click Find
  12. Select ICBR by clicking the Select Box at end of line.
  13. Complete Start Date for Gen Standing PO (e.g. 7/1/07) and Due Date (e.g. 6/30/08).
  14. Click Add Item .
  15. Click on Truck Icon (verify shipping address).
  16. Click on $/Page Icon (located next to Total).
  17. Change Distribute by Qty to Amt.
  18. Your chart field info will appear. Enter your Fund # and Program # and any other information your department requires.
  19. Click Return to Requisition Summary (located at the bottom of the above screen).
  20. Click Save and Submit .
