ICBR Closed December 25 – January 1

ICBR labs will be officially closed during the UF holiday: Thursday, December 25 through Thursday, January 1.

No samples or other packages can be accepted during this holiday closure time. Please coordinate with individual cores for delivery of samples or other packages either before or after the UF holiday break.

ICBR Reduced Services December 22-24 & January 2

December 24: ICBR cores and administration will close early on December 24 at 2 p.m.

During the days prior and immediately after the UF holiday, ICBR will be operating under “Reduced Services.” That is, December 22, 23 and 24, as well as January 2, cores may not be operating with a full staff. We recommend coordinating with individual cores prior to these dates for deliveries scheduled on December 22, 23, and 24 and Friday, Jan. 2. Most labs will resume accepting samples on January 5, but please coordinate directly with the core.

Billing Schedule

For UF customers who need to complete the billing process prior to the new year, the following dates should be carefully considered so that your payment will be applied in 2014. Both UF and ICBR are closed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1.

December 15: Customer Billing, last invoices to be paid with a December date
December 18: Deadline to submit disputes for last December journal
December 19: Last journal with December 2014 date
December 22: Customer Billing, last 2014 invoices generated with December date
