iLab: New web-based system will replace myICBR customer portal

ICBR is currently in the process of implementing a new web-based project management system, iLab Solutions. The iLab system will be the main customer interface for ICBR and will replace current systems such as myICBR. With its own calendars and the ability to interface directly with LIMS, customers will no longer need to log in to two separate systems to monitor sample status or reserve self service equipment.

Using the iLab system, customers will be able to track the progress of their projects from start to finish, contact core staff members assigned to their projects, manage lab staff spending limits, and so much more. This change will provide a consistent, streamlined approach to requesting services, tracking samples and progress, managing invoices, and communicating with ICBR.
