Pasteuria Bioscience sold for $113M

Long-time ICBR customer and University of Florida Sid Martin Biotechnology Incubator member, Pasteuria Biosciences, is being acquired by Swiss agribusiness giant Syngenta.  The acquisition is the largest for a local technology company since 2009 when GlaxoSmithKline acquired NovaMin for $135 million.
