The ICBR has three Service Fee groups:

Non-Profit entities including all non-UF colleges and universities, state and federal agencies, and non-profit hospitals and research institutions.

Billing Information



University of Florida Customers

UF customers may pay for ICBR Services through PeopleSoft (PS) either Unencumbered or with a UF Purchase Order (PO). To create a UF Purchase Order through PeopleSoft, click here for step-by-step instructions.

When you receive your ICBR Invoice, please write the correct PS Chartfield or the PO Number on the Invoice. Please Fax (352-273-8070) or Mail the Invoice to ICBR, PO Box 103622.

All Other Customers

ICBR will mail the Invoice for payment when the work is completed. If you wish to submit a Purchase Order, please Fax (352-273-8070) or Mail the PO to:
